Sorry for the late notice AGAIN, guys, but I won't be able to make it to tomorrow's (Thursday, Feb. 25) small-group training after school at the middle school...this time, I, myself, have a doc. appt. for a left knee that's been acting up as of late. I've been trying to change the appt. time but with no success.
So, that means whoever usually trains with me upstairs on Thursdays, do not plan on showing up.
